Director of Cadillac Marketing, Cadillac
Tony Johnson is the Director of Cadillac Marketing. In this role, Tony is responsible for leading marketing of Cadillac’s all-electric portfolio, as well as continuing the momentum of the current Cadillac portfolio. Under Tony’s leadership, Cadillac has successfully revealed the all-electric Cadillac LYRIQ, the all-electric Cadillac CELESTIQ show car, and the Cadillac Escalade-V, the industry’s most powerful full-size SUV.
Previously, Tony led the car and crossover marketing and advertising for Chevy. During this time, he successfully reintroduced the Chevy Colorado back to market, creating the first edition of the successful Trail Boss trim and brought back the award-winning ZR2. At Chevrolet, Tony also launched the all-electric Bolt EV and EUV, in addition to the first ever mid-engine Corvette Z06.
Tony brings more than 19 years of experience at General Motors, starting his career in engineering before moving to Chevrolet as a product analyst. He has worked in multiple roles across marketing, product and accessories.
