At Bank of America, Sue leads brand, advertising, content, public-facing digital, social media and client-facing digital engagement for our Private Bank clientele and client-facing associates. Sue and her team are focused on building brand health, driving client acquisition, engagement and digital adoption and utilization of both our Private Bank capabilities as well as our award-winning Bank of America mobile and online banking solutions.  Digital engagement is the cornerstone of our ability to provide personalized data-informed experiences to make our relationships more powerful.

Previously, Sue and her team led the enterprise-wide activation of our Bank of America brand with signature partnership programs including: Better Money Habits, Special Olympics, PBS/Ken Burns partnerships, and our (RED) /Global Fund partnership. Sue led the Bank’s efforts to align brand assets, ESG initiatives, and influencer engagement across multiple lines of business to build brand favorability while advancing social progress. Sue’s team led integrated activation for key sponsorship programs including: The Chicago Marathon, Bryant Park, and Major League Baseball. 

Beyond Enterprise programs, Sue led Local Marketing strategy and brand delivery, including planning, and orchestrating localized print advertising, radio, digital and social media campaigns across 93+ markets.

Prior to joining Bank of America in 2014, Sue was the Managing Director of product and marketing for American Student Assistance, a national financial education non-profit dedicated to helping students succeed as they pursue and higher education goals. Earlier in her career, Sue led product development and consumer and institutional investment marketing teams for J.P. Morgan, Fidelity Investments and Thomson Financial. Sue is a graduate of Bentley University and the Smith College Women’s Executive Leadership program.

Sue is active in the Boston community with multiple non-profits. She is a global mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, A MassChallenge incubator mentor and social innovation judge, and a citizen teacher/mentor with Citizen Schools in Boston. At the Bank, Sue is active as a Better Money Habits Champion, an LGBTQIA+ Ally, and is a member of LEAD for Women and the Disability Access Networks.
