Sara Kantathavorn

Sara Kantathavorn is an accomplished Talent and Development Executive with over 15 years experience delivering top-level musical talent, celebrity talent, and influencers for live programs, series, events and pro-social campaigns. Sara is enthusiastic about developing multi-platform marketing and programming strategies for various networks, including MTV, NBC and Nickelodeon by delivering globally relevant talent in the mainstream, Hispanic, Urban, and Influencer markets. Sara’s strategic planning of delivering talent has contributed to the success of live/daily shows, including “You Pick Live” for Nickelodeon, “TRL” for MTV, “Vivo” for mun2 and “Revolt Live” for Sean “Diddy” Combs’ music network, Revolt. Sara is highly respected within the entertainment industry in both the traditional and digital spaces. Sara is currently Head of Celebrity Relations at AwesomenessTV where she oversees talent for unscripted projects across all verticals including music, lifestyle, entertainment and docu-follows. In her current role, she is also tasked with idealizing and executing events internally and externally to increase visibility of the brand. In addition to her passion for working in entertainment, Sara mentors young executives though multiple programs including Colour TV and NAMIC and is a member of the Television Academy. Sara resides in Los Angeles, CA with her husband Mark and is inspired by her family, music, entertainment and fashion.
