Renee Appelle is the SVP, Global Partnership, at Vox Media, the leading media company known for building modern media properties and the platforms that enable them.
As SVP, Global Partnerships, Renee is responsible leads Vox Media's advertising strategy across categories including consumer electronics, automotive, food and beverage and financial services. She focuses on building client partnership opportunities that leverage Vox Media's suite of advertising solutions, including Vox Creative and The Explainer Studio, the Vox Media Podcast Network, the Concert advertising marketplace, and experiential, video, and programmatic capabilities.
Renee joined Vox Media from Hearst Digital Media where she was the Executive Director of Agency Development. She has over 15 years of experience in premium content and driving results across diverse consumer touchpoints including digital, print, experiential and TV.
Prior to Hearst’s acquisition of Rodale, Renee oversaw the corporate sales & marketing teams for Men’s/ Women’s Health, Runner’s World, Bicycling, Prevention and Organic Life. She was also a top contributor at PopSugar and served in marketing roles at NBC and CBS as well. Renee lives in NYC.
