Reed holds a B.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and manages the growth and development of Vogue International, a Johnson & Johnson Company, at Target Corporation. Outside of his day-to-day responsibilities, Reed is proud to serve as an ally co-leading J&J's Care With Pride Campaign, a company-wide initiative involving +10 J&J cross-sector brands focused on championing love, equality and care for the LGBTQIA community.
Reed has served on the boards of LA’s BEST (Los Angeles Better Educated Students for Tomorrow), the Finnish Council of America, the Los Angeles World Affairs Council, the University of Michigan Alumni Association of Los Angeles, and the Wakefield Memorial Building Foundation. In 2013, Reed founded Neutrogena's Movember Campaign and continues to serve as lead of the J&J Target CFT Movember campaign raising awareness and funds to prevent men's prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental illness, suicide & physical inactivity. He is an avid swimmer and triathlete.
