Head of Marketing Strategy & Innovation - Mtn Dew & Energy Portfolio, PepsiCo

Nick leads Marketing Strategy & Innovation for the Mtn Dew & Flavors portfolio, helping drive the next level of growth for this iconic refreshment brand.  Over the past two years, Nick and his team have helped return the brand to growth behind a revamped strategy and two of the biggest beverage launches in the category – Mtn Dew Zero Sugar (2020) and Mtn Dew Major Melon (2021).

Nick has been at PepsiCo for over 8 years and prior to this current role, spent time in a variety of unique leadership roles across the organization including leading PepsiCo customer marketing for Target & Albertsons, building an in-house incubation group to explore early-stage innovation ideas & serving as the Chief of Staff to the CMO.

Nick began his career at Unilever, where he spent 7.5 years in marketing roles at both a local and global level. Key highlights include: leading the global launch of the Axe Men’s Haircare franchise, returning the Lipton Green Tea business to growth & launching the Glow platform for Dove Skincare in the US.

Nick earned his BA from University of Richmond and his MBA from Columbia Business School.  A dual US/UK citizen, Nick lives in Larchmont, NY and on weekends can be found supporting Arsenal in the early morning hours with his son Jax (3) & dog Mojo – while his wife Jen blissfully sleeps.
