Natalie has 16+ years of integrated media strategy and buying experience in-house, at full-service agencies and with industry leading organizations where she supported CPG, Prestige Beauty, Fashion, Automotive and Entertainment brands. Her passion for Beauty led her to her current role as Sr. Director of Media at COTY working across both their Consumer Beauty and Prestige divisions. Outside of work she enjoys testing out new recipes and spending time with her Boston Terrier Olive.
