Lauren Gallagher is the NA eCommerce Content Strategy Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, a Fortune 250 company. Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker in 2019, Lauren spent 10 years working across Client Services, Creative Operations and Digital Strategy in Baltimore agencies. She brought her diverse digital background to the Global Customer Experience division to build a team focused on eCommerce content for global retail websites.
In her current role, she leads a team focused on content evolution and testing. In the past year, Lauren has explored using AR in content storytelling and bot automation to scale A/B testing on Amazon. In 2022 she’s looking to build dynamic, interactive experiences to support our retail partners and expand testing initiatives to provide data-driven insights to internal teams.
Fun Fact: Spends as much free time outside with her 2 dogs Obi (4 yo) & Ally (1.5 yo) – both adopted from an amazing local rescue
