Krys Jones is the Personalization at Scale Lead at Nestle USA (NUSA). She is responsible for revolutionizing the way NUSA engages with consumers by transforming website strategy, CRM, and 1st party data capture, ultimately helping amplify Personalized Consumer Experiences. Krys joined NUSA in 2017, bringing nearly 10 years of brand management experience from General Mills and Procter & Gamble. She has worked on growth, new product development, and consumer engagement strategies for leading national brands, including Betty Crocker, Olay, Secret and CoverGirl.
She’s passionate about scaling capabilities and driving business impact, and has done so through working on eBusiness Acceleration, standing up eSearch across Top eRetailers, and most recently crafting a New Cross-Platform Search Strategic Planning Framework. Krys is an alum of both UNC (B.S.B.A) and Duke University (M.B.A.).
