Kim Anderson is responsible for bringing culinary support to the brand teams and the Innovation and New Business Development Teams. This includes identification of food trends and insights during product development and continues with additional support through commercialization and promotion of the products. In addition, Kim oversees the culinary content development posted on landolakes.com and social sites including, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. She joined Land O’Lakes in 2009, brining valuable experience within the food industry at some of America’s top tier companies such as Pillsbury, General Mills, Smuckers and Multifoods. Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota and received her Master of Business Administration from St. Thomas University.
