Julia Klim is the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at Equinox Group, the leading luxury high performance brand, reporBng directly to the Chairman.
Since joining Equinox in early 2019, Julia has been pushing the boundaries of what we know today as wellness. In an effort to create hyper-personalized experiences, she helped launch Equinox’s digital venture and created a data connected ecosystem, driving more meaningful engagement and brand affinity.
Today, Julia is building Equinox’s strategic partnerships arm creaBng new fronBers within health-span and lifespan opBmizaBon, defining new pathways to growth through emerging technology, and reimagining wellness’s role in fashion and culture. She led the creaBon of Equinox Circle, Equinox’s new partnership program with eight brand partners, including StockX, Oura, Blade, Dorsia and more.
Prior to Equinox, Julia worked at PJT Partners in NYC, an investment bank, and PIMCO, an asset management house in CA. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a First Class Honours in Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences and Management from University College London. Julia is born and raised in Poland.
