Jon Roman has a passion for all things data and technology. Through the years Jon has supported more than 30 brands across WPP, Publicis, and Dentsu-Aegis, finally making the switch to brand-side with Ancestry.com in 2019. During his time there he created a team of data and technology operations experts who maintained the full funnel marketing technology stack and enabled personalization at scale and cross channel testing capabilities leveraging their newly onboarded customer data platform on behalf of the full funnel marketing team.
Jon now leads the Marketing Technology Solutions team at EA, where he actively manages large scale technical relationships with many of EA’s 3rd party technology providers. He built a team of marketing technology and data experts that enable measurement, audience distribution and technology innovation across the entirety of EAs full funnel marketing organization. He’s also a chair member of EA’s PRIDE ERG which creates a space for Electronic Arts LGBTQ+ members and allies to thrive both in and out of the workplace.
