Joe is the Senior Director of Digital Experience at Ulta Beauty where he oversees the areas of Product Management, User Experience, & Digital Capabilities across Ulta’s portfolio of digital experiences. During his previous 5+ years at Ulta, Joe served as Director of Digital Innovation (2018-2021) and Director of Guest & Enterprise Mobility (2015-2018). Prior to joining Ulta, Joe spent more than 4 years at Walgreens employed in multiple leadership roles within their Mobile Product Management organization. Joe is a lifelong Chicago area resident who lives with his family in the western suburbs, enjoys playing & coaching sports, and is always listening for the next “big thing” to add to his variety of musical playlists.
