She is a respected traditional and digital marketing leader with broad business acumen, proven ability to develop & implement winning strategies, and a leadership style that develops talent, high-performing teams and agencies.
A natural connector, she is a member of several industry groups including the CMO Club, Executive Advisory for AMA, Mobile Marketing Association, Loyalty Marketers Association, Social Media Marketers, CMO Network and People in Emerging Payments. Jill has been recognized as a noted authority on Emerging Payment Strategy, Digital, CRM/Loyalty and has been a speaker at a variety of industry conferences including the CMO Club Summit, Brand Innovators Evolution of Retail Summit and more. In 2019, she was recognized by Brand Innovators as one of the top 100 women in Brand Marketing.
Eager to share her talents and resources with others, Jill has volunteered and collaborated with various organizations to strengthen their voice and results. She currently sits on the elected board of The First Tee Metro Atlanta. And she has served on the board of the Woodruff Art Center’s Alliance Theatre and served for two years as an elected Board Member for The Retail Gift Card Association, the prepaid industry's premier association. Jill also held an elected Board Seat with the Tampa Bay Gator Club, where she served as Vice President of Communications for her beloved University of Florida’s Alumni Club.
Jill holds an MBA from the University of Florida and bachelor’s degree in Advertising/PR from Florida Southern College. She is married to Steve Hane and has two children.
