Jen leads global digital strategy development for McCormick. Her team’s mission is to accelerate digital marketing and eCommerce growth by providing guidance, scalable solutions and centralized support. Her team builds community across countries, empowering local teams with best practices and training. Previously, Jen served as Digital Marketing Director for the US, where she grew McCormick.com to a top 40 recipe destination, launched the division’s first social media channels, and implemented a responsive media system that delivered double digital growth in ROI.
Prior to McCormick, Jen led various sales teams and staff development for The Baltimore Sun. She has over 20 years of media, advertising and digital experience.
