Jen Naye Herrmann

Jen Naye Herrmann is the manager of the Incubator team at MillerCoors. She has spent her career in the CPG industry at Newell Rubbermaid, Dyson and MillerCoors. Over the last 4 years, Jen has had the privilege of working on upstream innovation projects as well as the Coors Light brand team. She’s passionate about positive, disruptive change and re-envisioning old processes. Most recently, she’s redesigned the Incubator, MillerCoors tech-forward commercial arm re-envisioning 1×1 consumer relationships and commerce.
