Jeff Klonowski is the Director, Digital Customer Product at CDW. He is responsible for the CDW.com product vision, strategy, and roadmap. His team of digital product managers is focused on building and optimizing the next generation of capabilities for CDW.com and mobile app while continuing to grow a multi-billion-dollar digital business.
Prior to CDW, Jeff held various digital eCommerce roles with ULTA Beauty, REI and Sears Holdings. He has Bachelor’s degrees in Management and also Hospitality Management from Purdue University, as well as a dual focus MBA in Leadership & Change Management and Marketing from DePaul University.
