Jayme Jansky Beck is the Head of Shopper Marketing for Grocery and Emerging Channels at Unilever. She and her team drive retail and omni performance marketing for the Unilever portfolio of brands, including Dove, Suave, Tresemme, Breyers, Ben & Jerry’s and Hellmann’s.

With over 20 years of marketing experience, Jayme is skilled in developing shopper-centric solutions that bring together the objectives of brands and retailers to drive mutual growth. She has a proven history of pioneering game-changing programs for both Unilever and its retail partners.

Jayme began her career at General Mills where she held several positions including, customer marketing, sponsorship, and loyalty marketing.  She also spent some time on the agency and vendor side, partnering with clients like Sprint and Clorox.

While Jayme currently resides in North Carolina, Wisconsin will always have a special place in her heart, especially during football season when she’s cheering on her alma mater, the Wisconsin Badgers.
