An award-winning marketing leader, Gina Hardy serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Drizly. With decades of brand-building experience, Gina leads Drizly’s marketing operations, including brand, creative, growth, and customer marketing, with a focus on propelling the company forward as the go-to destination for all beverage alcohol shopping occasions.

Prior to Drizly, Gina served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Tonal where she helped catapult the brand to be the #1 connected strength product in the US, overseeing brand-building campaigns with iconic athletes LeBron James and Serena Williams – the latter recognized as one of the ‘Most Innovative Campaigns’ of 2022 by Fast Company. Gina previously spent over a decade at Gatorade where she successfully managed the development and launch of Gatorade’s first protein products, launched the $1BN Gatorade Zero sub-line, and re-positioned Propel to become the fastest-growing enhanced water in the country after multiple years of decline.

Gina graduated with a BBA from the University of Michigan Business School and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
