Esther Uhalte Cisneros is a multi-cultural and multi-lingual digital marketing professional with 22 years of global experience in marketer roles, media agency, and advertising sales.

For the past 9 years she has worked at The Estée Lauder Companies in New York. She started at the Estée Lauder brand driving global consumer marketing strategy across touchpoints in partnership with key markets around the world. This included media and consumer engagement; CRM & loyalty programs; in-store retail experience & beauty tech. She then joined the global ecommerce team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, also part of The Estée Lauder Companies, to accelerate ecommerce growth. Now back at the Estée Lauder brand as Vice President, Global Consumer Marketing, Esther leads omnichannel marketing strategy impacting 35+ markets around the world.

Prior to The Estée Lauder Companies, Esther worked at MEC and Mindshare, part of GroupM which is the world's leading media investment company, and also in sales at the American television and media conglomerate Turner Broadcasting system, representing all CNN properties globally.

Esther holds a Certificate in Omnichannel Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, a Certificate in Digital Marketing by New York University, a Master in Marketing by the Sorbonne Business School in Paris, and a Bachelor in Advertising and Public Relations by the University of Navarra in Spain.
