Erin Royal is a Senior Lead under Verizon Media’s Ad Partnership Team. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Erin recognizes the value of inclusion and the power of diversity. During her 14-year tenure at Verizon Media, Erin has used her voice for the Black, woman, and LGBTQ+ experience. She is active within Verizon Media’s Diversity & Racial Equality Task Force and Black Originators, Leaders, and Doers (BOLD) Employee Resource Group where she works diligently to build a culture of allyship where all Verizon Media Builders feel valued, supported, and heard.
