Danielle is responsible for defining a data-driven, audience-centric and innovative media planning product, demonstrating its value, and leading the industry in this competency. Prior to joining OMD, Danielle spent five years at Essence where she most recently held the title of SVP, Client Partner serving as a strategic business lead for Google. In 2018 she was named a FOLIO: Top Women in Media and a Rising Star of Madison Ave by Business Insider, and she is passionate about gender and racial equality in the workplace and coaching rising leaders to develop strong team cultures. Outside of work, Danielle is President of the non-profit organization Gotham Girls Roller Derby and is a member of Chief, a women's leadership and networking group.
