As Sr. Director of Media and Consumer Engagement, Courtney oversees the cross-channel media planning and buying practices at Tyson Foods. She is charged with advancing paid & owned media capabilities to enable growth among Tyson’s suite of brands. Since joining Tyson in 2016, Courtney has redefined Tyson’s media agency model, revamped digital buying approaches, advanced the media measurement practices, and introduced new Integrated Marketing planning processes. Before joining Tyson, Courtney spent her time overseeing client teams on the agency side, where she was credited with advancing addressability strategies, infusing agility into campaigns, and building harder working brand portfolios for her clients.
