Cayla’s career began as a freshman at Temple University working in fashion production at Stardust Visions. Post-graduation, earning a position at Atlantic Records. Her creative marketing skills led her to Game Seven, sports marketing agency where she managed projects for Beats By Dre and Nike both domestically and internationally. Cayla’s entrepreneurial skills earned her global recognition after creative producing pop-ups for Frank Ocean’s long-awaited album, “Blonde,” and the creative strategist for the opening of Madison—USA, a lifestyle boutique for NBA player, Evan Turner.

Almost three years ago, Cayla’s international project management skills were recognized by Capitol Records and she was offered an international marketing role to promote artists’ talents globally. Her strong leadership and interpersonal skills supported her transition to the Brand Partnerships for outstanding skill in developing global relationships with top brands and top music artists that include Lil Baby, Migos, Queen Naija, and more.
