Britney Davis has played integral roles in some of the industry’s biggest successes of the past year, and emerged as a strong voice for change within the music industry. She has led the marketing and artist development for Lil Baby since he signed to Motown via the company’s partnership with Quality Control Music. His 2020 album, My Turn, debuted at #1 in March and returned to the top spot in May, where it has held firm for 4 weeks. Davis is a Howard University graduate who used to plan the college’s homecoming concerts before landing gigs at Creative Artists Agency and The Agency Group, later transitioning into artist management. Now at Capitol she leads marketing, development and artist relations efforts on a broad array of artists. Britney is a leading voice on both UMG’s Task Force for Meaningful Change and CMG’s Task Force for Diversity & Inclusion.
