Ashley has always been passionate about merging digital technology with customer experience to think differently about the future of how we engage with brands. She started her career in advertising before going to Frito Lay to develop innovative shopper marketing programs and working on the Tostitos Brand. Passionate about retail and the quickly evolving digital landscape, she set her sights on Seattle where she worked at Starbucks to lead the Starbucks Rewards marketing team and then at Amazon to lead Amazon Prime engagement strategy and new partnership development. Ashley returned to Texas in 2019 to join Yum! Brands’ Kentucky Fried Chicken global headquarters. She currently serves as the Sr. Director of Digital Customer Experience & Product Growth. Her team oversees the functional product ownership of digital channels and the usage of data to grow the business through customer lifecycle management (CRM, Loyalty) and subsequent analytics and reporting to track the organization’s progress toward becoming a 100% digital business. 

Ashley is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia where she received her Bachelor in Journalism, with graduate work in Strategic Communications. She also has an International Business certification through Sciences-Po in Paris, France. She currently resides in Frisco, Texas where she lives with her husband and two young sons.
