Ashley Hopkins currently leads brand management and product marketing at Wayfair, a leading global e-commerce destination for all things home. Prior to joining Wayfair, Ashley focused her efforts championing the consumer—on both the brand and creative agency sides. Most recently, she built the consumer insights function from the ground up at ASICS, a multinational global footwear and apparel company. Her team was responsible for executing the digital voice of the consumer program, product development research, and marketing communications testing.
Outside of Wayfair, Ashley co-founded Four Progress, a company focused on building positive and impactful tools for mental health and wellness. Their first product, the Worry for Nothing journal, is a discreet, guided anxiety journal leveraging Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, and has over 500 positive reviews on Amazon. Additionally, Ashley leads the 4A’s CX Council as co-chair, and previously served as co-chair for the IPG Women’s Leadership Network of Boston, Boston Business Women Board of Directors, American Marketing Association (SNEC) Board of Directors, and the New England Financial Marketing Association Programming and Marketing Committees.
