Antony is the head of McAfee’s global consumer retention business. He has built a strong performance marketing team with a “test and learn” mindset, who use customer insights, data segmentation and predictive modelling to drive customer engagement and deliver meaningful growth to customer retention and lifetime value. As part of his role, Antony is also responsible for McAfee’s consumer payments across the globe, ensuring that renewing customers enjoy a frictionless payment experience while new customers are enabled to pay for a McAfee subscription in whichever part of the world they are at.
Antony has almost 30 years’ experience in business leadership roles, mainly in the ecommerce space. Prior to joining McAfee, he was VP of Customer Care, Technical Support and Payments at AVG Technologies.
He has recently moved with his wife from Europe to the US and they are looking forward to exploring the country in their spare time.
