Global Sustainability and Lifestyle Platforms Director, Corona Global
Leading the Global Sustainability agenda for Corona, Antonella drives the brand’s purpose pillar focused on protecting paradise with an emphasis on addressing marine plastic pollution. Since joining the Global Corona team in 2020, she has led successful initiatives including Corona becoming the first global beverage brand to achieve a Net Zero Plastic Footprint in 2021, the launch of the brand’s own entrepreneurship accelerator program to find plastic alternatives. She also oversees the brand’s efforts going beyond plastics into a broader sustainability outlook including piloting returnable bottle programs in Latin America to reduce the brand’s impact on the environment as well as the introduction of Corona’s first ever packaging made with barley straw.
Antonella started her career at AB InBev in 2015 where she held various roles leading experiential, innovation, digital strategy and visual brand identity for Brahma, the biggest selling brand in Argentina as well as Brand Manager role in Stella Artois. Antonella was awarded the Cannes Lions “Marketer of the Year” distinction in 2019 for her creative and performative impact. Antonella is from Buenos Aires, Argentina and currently resides in New York.
