In his fifteen years with Energizer, and recent spin-off Edgewell Personal Care, Anthony has been the architect of brand building, strategy, innovation roadmaps, P&L ownership and team leadership for several leading sun care (Banana Boat) & hair removal brands (Schick). He prides himself on having developed teams with a “constructive & disruptive” mindset that have launched over $500 million dollars in innovation for firms ranked as high as 508 on the Fortune 1000. Recently, his strategic approach has led to reversing challenging trends on multiple brands in an increasingly competitive industry, growing revenues +20% over the past 3 years through building brand love, inventing an adaptive marketing model to quickly respond to changing consumer trends, and leading digital creative, media & influencer plans that have driven best-in-class ROI’s & significant lifts to brand health. He’s most proud of his trend recognition and thought leadership into helping build an entirely new retail category (dermaplaning), where he’s lead his team to become the industry leader, in addition to becoming the #1 Total Personal Care & Beauty Best Selling Item on Amazon.
Anthony lives in Fairfield County, CT and spends his down time binge-watching Netflix shows with his wife, building Lego sets with his two boys, exercising, playing video games and watching Ohio State Football.
