As an agent of change amidst a rapidly evolving industry, Annie works with clients to build teams, create new business and agency models, and lead brands through digital transformation. Today, she leads Mindshare’s work with Unilever North America, overseeing communications strategy, media planning, investment, and analytics teams responsible for delivering excellence and continuously future-proofing the Unilever media approach.
Through their partnership with the brand, Annie and her team are passionate about using media platforms to drive positive change in the world, evident in recent programs such as Dove’s Project #ShowUs (offering media and advertisers a more inclusive vision of beauty), The Crown Act (driving legislative change to end hair discrimination), and Seventh Generation’s activism for climate change.
Prior to Mindshare, Annie held leadership roles at Wavemaker and Initiative. Over the years, she has impacted categories like CPG, Automotive, Pharma, Telcom, Entertainment, Travel, and Toys; her unique perspective affords her the ability to guide her clients to positive change based on best-in-class experiences with blue chip and challenger brands alike. Annie has pioneered new approaches for her clients in media such as AI, emerging streaming platforms (including the first branded content partnership with Amazon Prime), and CSR. Her future-forward work has won top accolades at The Effies, Festival of Media, the Webby Awards, The Smarties Awards, and many more.
