As Director of Customer Acquisition for Peapod.com, the country’s first and leading online grocer, Andrea Chan-Diliberto manages both content and direct response channels: Digital Marketing (Display, Retargeting, Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates), Offline Marketing (Radio, Print, Direct Mail, Experiential), Brand Awareness (PR) and Social Media content strategies. Working in the dynamic and competitive online grocery space, she has a unique perspective on how important it is for brands to engage and inspire loyalty from consumers making a very personal purchase decision, inviting the brand into their kitchen each week. Andrea holds a B.Com. from Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
