Amanda is a mom of three delightful, small children, wife to a wonderful husband and daughter to two amazing parents. In addition to those important roles, she leads B2C Marketing at Michelin from Greenville, SC, across Michelin’s brands: Michelin, BFGoodrich and Uniroyal, and she serves 100+ marketing leaders at Michelin.
Prior to this role, Amanda led Shopper Marketing at P&G across the company’s brands and retailers, reimagining the role of the function. She spent 5 years leading Oral-B, starting on electric toothbrushes and then expanding her responsibilities to include manual toothbrush and dental floss – collectively a billion-dollar business that she grew by >$200million.
Amanda held general management, marketing, innovation, and market research roles across Olay, Tide, and Pampers, during her years at P&G. She led P&G’s company-wide gender diversity leadership development program to retain and advance 60+ senior women over three years.
Amanda has volunteered across many organizations including the United Way, Impact 100, a local non-profit funding grants for community efforts in the Cincinnati region, and the March of Dimes.
Prior to P&G, Amanda completed undergraduate studies at Purdue University and received her MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business in 2008.
