Alise is a customer-obsessed marketing & communications professional with extensive experience brand building and strategy development for some of the biggest global brands from SC Johnson to Kraft Heinz, and most recently at McDonald’s as part of their US Marketing Team. 

With roots in Paid Media, Alise branched off to master Owned Digital Communication channels where she’s leading customer engagement strategy and championing a new approach to audience segmentation  & personalization, relationship building,  and establishing customer connections that drive profitable growth amongst MyMcDonald’s Rewards members.

Outside of work, Alise is mom of two active boys, an avid snowboarder & home-brewer and is actively pursuing her Masters of Communication at Northwestern University specializing in Collaborative Leadership and Enterprise Transformation.
