Senior Director of IMC, Carter’s

Ali currently serves as the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing and Communications at Carter’s, Inc. – the world’s largest Children’s Clothing retailer. In her role, Ali leads the brand strategy for its three iconic brands (Carter’s, OshKosh B’Gosh, and Little Planet), the Go-to-Market team and Partner & Gift cards programs.

Prior to joining Carter’s, Ali made the Colonel proud during her 9+ years as a senior marketing leader at Kentucky Fried Chicken. During her time at KFC, Ali led the strategy, testing and execution of KFC’s $4+ billion portfolio and launched more than 30 products, including $5 Fill Ups, Beyond Fried Chicken, KFC’s Chicken Sandwich, and the Zinger Sandwich, which won 2017 QSR Magazine Product Launch of the Year.

Before her start with KFC, Ali held several other marketing roles, including positions at Yum! Brands’ Corporate entity, and LEAP – a digital agency based out of Louisville, KY.

Ali just moved to Atlanta in December 2022 with her husband, Robbie, daughter, Molly (4), and two cats, Calvin and Taco Bell (yeah, really). She is a 2011 graduate of the University of Louisville’s MBQA program and a 2009 graduate of Ball State University.
