Aimee is currently Director of Brand Activation at fast-growing kid’s snack brand GoGo squeeZ at Materne North America.

She leads brand management and content marketing which includes brand planning, portfolio strategy, content and commercial innovation. Aimee is passionate about activating GoGo squeeZ’s purpose as a beacon of nurture to support kids of all ages to live in a healthier, happier and sustainable world. Since joining, Aimee has delivered an award winning communications platform with authentic stories of real families nurturing their kids and the brand has grown double digits year on year. She also champions diversity into GoGo squeeZ’s initiatives to build relevance with a wider audience and take the brand to its next stage of growth.

Prior to Materne NA, Aimee spent a decade working at Kraft Foods and Mondelez International leading brands including Sour Patch Kids, Chips Ahoy!, RITZ, and Wheat Thins. She has empowered consumers to snack right, disrupting the cookie and cracker category by launching better-for-you brands belVita breakfast biscuits in Australia and wholesome GOOD THiNS crackers in the U.S. Aimee then moved into innovation where she was a key player in turning around the Chips Ahoy! brand from flat to double-digit growth, earning her company-wide recognition. 

Aimee is energized about helping brands drive positive change for society. She carries this passion into her personal life as a volunteer communications leader for Australian Women in New York, a non-profit that fosters community and connection for 5,000 Aussies living abroad. Away from the office, Aimee also maintains her zen with yoga and feeds her curiosity of cultures with world travel and food.
