For all of those people who love Christmas but wish the beer were just a little bit closer, Miller Lite has the solution.
Building on its previous promotions featuring “Beeraments” and knitwear (both of which are back by popular demand), the brand is offerings consumers the opportunity to purchase the first-ever Christmas Tree Keg Stand.
The device is a fully functional tree stand designed to fit around a quarter barrel keg of beer. Compatible for an up-to-five-foot tree, the stand keeps both the keg cold and the tree watered. The company is also selling its “Beeraments,” which are ornament shaped cans of beer that can be hung on the tree when empty, again this year.
“This season there’s truly no better gift to leave under a beer lover’s tree than the tree stand itself!” said Sofia Colucci, global vice president of the Miller family of brands, in a release. “Last year, we decorated the tree with Beernaments and this year, we’re literally putting the gift of Miller Time right under the tree with the Christmas Tree Keg Stand.”
The limited-editionChristmas Tree Keg Stand will go on sale for $49.99 at treekegstand.com on November 10. The tree and keg are not included.
Miller Lite is no stranger to quirky promotions. In addition to introducing the Beeraments last year, the brand in March 2021 introduced a line of candles designed to smell like various bars. Earlier this year, Miller also promoted a line of beer-infused charcoal to introduce grilling season.
