ETS Taps Michelle Froah as CMO

Education services firm ETS has hired Michelle Froah as Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to oversee the brand’s global digital transformation.

In the new role, Froah will lead a global team focused on “end-to-end innovation and elevating ETS’s position in the global learning and solution space.” 

“The opportunity to drive impact on a global scale while aligning brand building and product innovation, is a unique dimension to this CMO role,” said Froah, in a statement shared with Brand Innovators. “The future of global education is going to be technology – data and AI driven – and I’m excited to join ETS at such a time of great transformation. This global leadership role is one where I can help drive a customer focused culture and build on the passion this team has for serving learners around the world.” 

Froah comes to ETS from MetLife where she most recently served as senior vice president of global brand and marketing. She has also led international marketing, sales and operations leadership positions at Samsung Electronics America, Kimberly-ClarkTM and Procter & Gamble. 

In her new role, Froah will report to ETS CEO Amit Sevak.
