Chief Creative Officer, T-Mobile

As T-Mobile’s Chief Creative Officer (CCO) and Senior Vice President, Peter DeLuca leads all aspects of creative and content development for the brand, including creative strategy, advertising, retail, customer communications, social media and creator content, and event/media activations. As a steward of the T-Mobile brand, Peter is responsible for bringing the brand to life through bold, unmissable creative campaigns that drive consideration and acquisition for T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, T-Mobile for Business, T-Mobile Home Internet, and emerging businesses. Throughout his 13 years with the company, he has helped lead the transformation of T-Mobile’s brand into the industry-shaking customer champion it is today – the Un-carrier. 

Prior to joining T-Mobile in 2010 as VP Advertising, Retail Merchandising and Media, Peter was SVP and Chief Marketing Officer for specialty retailer Banana Republic. He has also held several executive level marketing positions at Charles Schwab, including SVP Marketing Services and SVP Brand Development. Before joining Charles Schwab, Peter began his career working for advertising agencies in New York, creating ad campaigns for some of the world’s largest companies including AT&T and Procter and Gamble. 

Peter sits on two University of Colorado (CU) boards – the Chancellor’s Parent Leadership Society and the College Advisory Board of College of Media, Communication, and Information – and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising from CU. He also proudly serves as co-executive sponsor for T-Mobile’s Pride Network, which functions to provide a collaborative space for LGBTQ+ employees to network, share experiences and have fun. 

Outside of work, Peter and his wife Wendy enjoy hitting the slopes in Colorado, traveling, cooking, spending time with their two adult sons and entertaining two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
