A nationally recognized thought leader, influencer and disruptive agent for advancing corporate culture and goals in the areas of EDI and ESG, Chelsea lives life by the mantra: “for the highest good of all”.  A graduate of University of Michigan with a degree in Communications and English, her efforts have directly contributed to Kellogg’s being recognized by Hispanic Marketing Council, Newsweek, Forbes and Adweek as an exemplary company in the areas of Multicultural Marketing, EDI and ESG. She was named as Diversity Woman Magazine’s Power 100 list highlighting extraordinary women. She advocates for multicultural intelligence and intentionality as key contributors to fostering a workplace that recognizes the unique talents and viewpoints of every employee and external stakeholders. She embeds that same multicultural proficiency and inclusion in Brand Marketing to capture hearts, minds, and wallets of a broader swath of diverse consumers in a now majority minority nation. She serves on the Executive Board of Beat the Streets and Collaboration in Chicago.
