Celeste’s professional journey has been driven by her passion for culture driving creativity and her
affinity for the development of people, organizations and brands. Prior to Hecho, Celeste was the head
of accounts for Mother Los Angeles, EVP, Group Account Director for Chemistry Atlanta and she
oversaw the management of countless global brand advertising accounts in addition to holding
leadership positions within organizations and agencies in more recent years.
