Zach grew up as a planner in Chicago’s traditional ad agencies (Leo Burnett, Y&R, DraftFCB), but explored brand building beyond advertising. For a few years he work with Research International’s Idea Architects facilitating ideation, then deepened his innovation practice at Ziba and IDEO. With this breadth he joined Mondelez in 2009, and for 7 years drove creative transformation globally from the Marketing Center of Excellence. He is reprising this ambition at GSK where he now directs global Brand Building and Creative Excellence across the Consumer Healthcare portfolio.
