Wealthy Desai is a technology fanatic and eCommerce expert who is focused on leading the Design and Experimentation Studio at AT&T. He is responsible for interfacing with Marketing, Business and Product organizations to execute initiatives for the digital channel. He leads the content strategy and experimentation for digital platforms. His main goal is to fuel innovation, ideation and testing strategies through creative design with focus on cross-sell targeting, content strategy and merchandising, and digital-first offers. Under his leadership AT&T digital experimentation program has grown over 50% YoY.

Wealthy’s prior experiences include software development, analytics, sales & marketing, chat/call center operations and product development. Prior to his current role, Wealthy led the TV and broadband sales online. Under his leadership, digital channel delivered a state of the art buy flow experience and grew sales 30% YoY, two years in a row and Digital channel share doubled. Wealthy also led the efforts for DIRECTV merger integration for $60M+ product portfolio.

Wealthy has a proven record of driving results through analysis and problem solving. Prior to leading eCommerce sales, Wealthy led the effort for building and operationalizing reporting and analytics team for att.com. Prior to leading the analytics team, Wealthy spent 10 years in software development and software architecture. 

Wealthy earned his MBA Finance from Georgia State University. He earned Mechanical Engineering degree from Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute, Mumbai, India and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from L&T Institute of Technology. Wealthy is a movie buff, loves watching and referring to quotes from movies, Seinfeld, and loves spending time with his wife, Gayatri and two boys.
