Manager, Consumer Marketing, ViacomCBS
Tony Jermin is a Howard University graduate who joined the ViacomCBS family three years ago as a Manager on Nickelodeon’s Consumer Marketing team. A storyteller at heart with a passion for lifestyle and entertainment brands, he cultivated his talents in Marketing and Strategic Planning during his time at Food Network and CNN. He has a propensity for helping others and is currently Co-Chair of Thursday Think, ViacomCBS’ employee resource group dedicated to providing new skills, resources, and exposure to our next generation of leaders. Tony was recently selected to serve on Nickelodeon’s Inclusivity Council, tasked with transforming Nickelodeon into a more inclusive diverse brand and workplace. He also serves on Nickelodeon’s Anti-Racism Core Team, a cross-functional group of marketers developing Nickelodeon’s ongoing, consumer-facing response to confront racism and build a more inclusive future for our audience. In his spare time, Tony produces and stars in Surface Level, a podcast that addresses the concerns and viewpoints of the Black, Queer community. His purpose is to strive each day to occupy rooms where the voices of people from marginalized communities should be heard, but often times are silenced.
