Tom “TD” Dixon is the Chief Growth Officer for Post Consumer Brands. TD is ultimately responsible for delivering the company’s strategic growth plan through the successful planning, development and execution of all Post Consumer brand initiatives. TD is a transformative leader who has had a track record for building brands, driving both product and commercial innovation, and turning around challenging markets even when time and resources were scarce. Prior to Post, TD was the CMO for Jack Link’s Protein Snacks where he helped propel the brand to becoming the 4th largest snacking brand in the US. Prior to Jack Link’s, TD was the CMO for Welch’s Food and Beverage Company. He has also held numerous marketing & general manager positions at Kimberly Clark and Miller-Coors. TD received his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management & Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
