Todd Smith is the Chief Marketing officer at Traeger, the inventor of the original and world’s top selling wood-fired grill. Traeger has been revolutionizing BBQ grilling and outdoor cooking for over 30 years with one simple, all-encompassing cooking solution. Traeger pellet grills use 100% all-natural hardwood fuel to infuse food with flavorful smoke, making food taste delicious and memorable.

Prior to Traeger, Todd was the Chief Marketing Officer at EXOS, a leader in the field of human performance. EXOS connects people to the solutions they need and provides individualized plans based on time-tested fundamentals and research to help people take control of their health and performance. EXOS is trusted by hundreds of clients, including world champions in sports, Fortune 100 companies, as well as leaders in health care, military, and community organizations.

Prior to joining EXOS, Todd was the Group Brand Director of the vitaminwater business for The Coca[1]Cola Company. As part of the glacéau business unit, Todd was responsible for leading the brand strategy, communications, innovation, lifestyle marketing, field marketing, and shopper marketing for the vitaminwater and vitaminwater zero brands. Todd previously worked on the POWERADE business, leading a brand relaunch and successive years of market share growth in the competitive sports drink category.

Early in his career, Todd spent time in various marketing and account management roles at internet start-up CoolSavings.com. He previously served as a consultant for Andersen Business Consulting where he specialized in CRM and emerging technologies.

Todd earned his master of business administration from The University of North Carolina and received his bachelors degree from Miami University.
