Tisha Thompson, Vice President of Marketing and Innovation at PÜR has been the voice of the brand since 2008, feeding the industry’s demand for clean beauty products that deliver both immediate and long-term results. In her role, Tisha leads her team in all aspects of product development, packaging innovation, marketing strategy, brand management, corporate and influencer partnerships, operations and more. With a diverse background in the beauty industry spanning over 15 years, Tisha has developed a knack for driving favorable brand recognition through thoughtful and compelling campaigns, including the recent 4-in-1 Love Your Selfie™ Longwear Foundation & Concealer launch. The foundation, which launched in 100 universally flattering shades, is the widest shade range the industry has seen to date, making a bold statement of diversity, inclusion, representation, and self-love. Fueled by her mission to acknowledge and celebrate all forms of beauty, Tisha’s work with PÜR is echoed throughout the industry.
Tisha earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Kennesaw State University and lives in Atlanta with her husband and two boys. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
