Focused on a highly personalized strategy she oversees the consumer marketing development directing the growing chains loyalty program, consumer and field marketing activities, advertising, public relations and e-commerce. Tiffany supports the organization in reaching the right customer with the right content through the right channel to provide an exceptional customer experience. She is passionate about leveraging innovative technology solutions and a data-driven approach to automate and scale the planning and execution engine. Tiffany also held leadership roles with TGI Fridays where she was an integral part of their launch of digital strategies, launching the first restaurant partnerships with both DraftKings and Amazon Pay.
