Neo’s background is richly diverse, spanning from launching new enterprises to establishing centers of excellence, expertly managing data-powered performance, inaugurating regional offices, and spearheading digital evolutions.
Neo’s journey at Cheil Worldwide began in 2003, where he delved into retail and experiential marketing, contributing to global Samsung projects. Over the years, he assumed various roles in new business development, account management, experiential and retail marketing strategy development. In 2010, Neo embarked on a pivotal assignment in Shanghai, China, as a Regional Specialist. His contributions proved instrumental in the expansion of Cheil’s China office, particularly in fostering a strong partnership with Samsung Electronics, capitalizing on the dynamic economic landscape of China. Subsequently, Neo assumed leadership of the retail and experiential marketing at Cheil Germany in Frankfurt. In this capacity, he oversaw a comprehensive portfolio of experiential and retail projects nationwide, introducing innovative retail store guidelines and orchestrating large-scale global events and product launches, including mega-global projects like the Mobile World Congress, IFA, and Samsung Unpacked.
In 2019, Neo embarked on a transformative journey, spearheading the establishment of Cheil’s Dallas office as its founder and CEO. His visionary leadership has propelled the office to remarkable heights, witnessing exponential growth from its inception, and now standing as the largest office within the global network of Cheil branches, boasting a team of over 230 highly skilled professionals.
