Steve Rommeney Associate VP: Over the last 3+ years Steve has lead the Consumer Analytics team building & executing Lilly’s US consumer analytics ecosystem.  Steve leads a 20+ member team, a fully cloud integrated analytics ecosystem, executing & creating recommendations for US consumer media optimization for Lilly USA from the ground up.  The US consumer team is multinational, with team members in the USA, Europe and India.  We execute/manage/advise on projects ranging from data model design through analysis including simple descriptive statistics to explainable AI, behavioral segmentation & persona work across US brands.  Before consumer, Steve lead the build of  the health care professional analytics ecosystem for Lilly Diabetes focusing on data driven insights to transform how Lilly touches health care professionals treating Diabetes and delivered business recommendations to drive Trulicity to be on of the largest brands in the US market. Steve has also held roles in market research, HCP marketing, customer experience and consumer marketing before joining analytics
